PowerPoint & Graphic Designer

We are looking for a PowerPoint specialist & graphic designer to join our team! This role will be integral to helping us create visually appealing presentations and brand assets, ensuring cohesive branding and impactful storytelling.

As a PowerPoint specialist, you will be responsible for creating and enhancing presentations for various purposes, such as training, marketing, and client pitches. You will also collaborate on developing graphics for various platforms and assist in maintaining brand consistency across all visual assets. (The subject line keyword is Bluebird, more info below)

Job Duties:

-Take raw text scripts and create presentations based on the raw files
-Design and enhance PowerPoint presentations for internal and external use
-Collaborate with team members to create engaging, on-brand graphics
-Develop layouts and templates for recurring presentation needs
-Assist in maintaining visual consistency across marketing materials
-Create social media posts and graphics
-Edit visuals for multiple platforms, including websites, social media, and presentations
-Work closely with other departments to gather content and design assets
-Create digital and printed materials including website & email graphics, post cards, flyers, and handouts


Job Qualifications:

-Proven experience in creating and editing professional presentations, including transitions, animations, and layouts
-Strong graphic design skills, particularly in branding and layout
-Attention to detail and ability to transform complex data into clear visuals
-Proficient with Adobe Suite (especially Illustrator and Photoshop)
-Experience in social media content creation and graphic design
-Proficient with Google Workspace (especially Google Slides)
-Ability to meet deadlines and work independently
-At least 3+ years of experience in graphic design and presentation creation
-Strong creative skills with the ability to suggest and implement design improvements

The right candidate will have extensive experience in presentation and design, with a strong portfolio to showcase their work.
