Power Platform Developer

We are seeking a skilled Power Platform Developer to join our team on a contract basis to help us develop and maintain various PowerApps and automation solutions.

Job Description:
Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain PowerApps solutions to streamline dental practice operations.
• Integrate PowerApps with existing systems such as Dentally, SharePoint, and Xero.
• Create and manage databases for tracking patient care plans, lab management, and associate statements.
• Automate workflows to improve efficiency in patient communications, lab work tracking, and financial reporting.
• Collaborate with the team to gather requirements and provide technical solutions.
• Ensure data integrity and security across all developed applications.

Key Projects:
1. Care Plans & Welcome Packs:
o Develop a PowerApp to manage patient care plans, including contract details, renewals, and entitlements.
o Automate the sending of welcome packs to new patients and store them in Dentally.
2. Forms & Aftercare:
o Build a PowerApp to streamline the process of sending and signing forms before appointments.
o Integrate care plan information and automate recall appointments.

3. Lab Management, Tracker & Statements:
o Convert the current lab tracker into a PowerApp for use on iPads.
o Integrate lab information and automate email notifications to suppliers and dentists.
o Develop a system to manage lab work requests, track delivery dates, and handle invoices.
4. Associate Statements:
o Create an app to automate the generation and distribution of associate statements based on data from Dentally.
o Integrate lab work data and automate financial reporting.
5. Enhanced Patient Communications:
o Develop a system to confirm appointments via multiple channels and handle pre-authorizations for cancellations.
o Automate appointment confirmations and charges based on Dentally data.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in developing PowerApps and automating workflows using Power Platform.
• Strong knowledge of integrating PowerApps with SharePoint, Xero, and other systems.
• Experience in database management and data integration.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
