Job Description:
We are looking for a Power BI Specialist who will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing Power BI reports and dashboards. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of data visualization principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to translate complex data sets into actionable insights.

Responsibilities:
• Develop, maintain, and manage advanced reporting, analytics, dashboards, and other BI solutions using Power BI
• Transform raw data into meaningful insights through interactive and user-friendly reports and dashboards
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide analytical support
• Optimize data models for performance and scalability
• Troubleshoot and resolve data and performance issues in Power BI reports

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Power BI Specialist or similar role
• Proficiency in Power BI, Power Query, and data modeling
• Strong understanding of database management and data warehousing concepts
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills to effectively present insights to non-technical stakeholders
• A portfolio showcasing your previous projects
