About the Client
I am consulting for a talent management company with offices in New York, Los Angeles, and Nashville. I'm seeking a skilled Power BI developer to help me build a comprehensive sales metrics dashboard that will transform how they track their team's performance and make data-driven decisions.

The Project
We need to create a robust sales metrics dashboard in Power BI that will integrate with the client's existing Podio database and Microsoft setup. The dashboard will track revenue metrics, performance metrics, commission tracking, sales activities, talent performance, and goal monitoring across multiple user permission levels.

Job Responsibilities
- Work with the existing Podio database to build a comprehensive Power BI dashboard
- Create different dashboard views based on user roles (Executive, Manager, Individual)
- Set up proper data connections and refresh schedules
- Document all processes, calculations, and integrations
- Help prepare training materials for the client team
- Create visualizations for key metrics including:
* Revenue tracking across bookers and clients
* Performance metrics (quota attainment, win rates, sales cycles)
* Commission and compensation tracking
* Sales activity metrics
* Talent performance insights
* Goal monitoring and various leaderboards

Required Skills & Experience
- Advanced Power BI development experience
- Experience integrating Power BI with external data sources
- Strong understanding of data modeling and DAX formulas
- Excellent documentation skills
- Experience with Microsoft ecosystem
- Knowledge of sales metrics and KPIs
- Ability to create user-friendly visualizations
- Bonus: Experience with Podio or similar CRM systems

Project Details
- You'll be working directly with me as the consultant for this project
- This is initially a project-based role (40-60 hours estimated)
- Timeline: Completion by end of April 2025
- Opportunity for ongoing support and potential full-time role after successful project completion
- Regular communication and progress updates required
