- Overview
We’re seeking a Hospitality Expert & Analyst to join our high-performance team. This is an intense, fast-paced role for someone who thrives under pressure and delivers exceptional results. You’ll assist guests throughout their entire journey, manage guest communication (primarily phone calls), recover negative experiences, optimize listings, and ensure operational excellence across our portfolio of short-term rentals.

- The first week will be intense. You’ll go through deep training, working with a demanding boss who expects nothing but excellence and accountability. If you succeed, performance-based bonuses ($100+ weekly or monthly) are waiting for you.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Communication & Experience Management
Be the voice of our brand, primarily handling phone calls and stepping in when AI chatbot escalates issues.
- Assist guests throughout their stay—from pre-arrival questions to resolving in-stay and post-stay issues.
- Recover negative guest experiences and persuade guests to update negative reviews through exceptional service.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with guests for lasting impressions.
- Property Improvement & Post-Stay Management
- Analyze post-stay feedback to identify recurring issues and propose property improvements.
- Collaborate with the operations team to address maintenance and housekeeping improvements.
- Ensure properties meet high-quality standards by working with the ground team.

Listing Management & Optimization
- Manage 50+ listings across Airbnb, Vrbo, and other platforms, ensuring accuracy in descriptions, photos, and amenities.
- Import, map, create, and adjust listings to stay competitive and meet market standards.
- Optimize listings based on feedback and market trends to maximize performance.

Quality Assurance & Reporting
- Track guest satisfaction trends and provide actionable insights for operational improvements.
- Submit weekly reports on review recovery rates, guest satisfaction, and property improvements.
- Qualifications – Must-Have Experience (Don’t Apply If You Don’t Meet These)
- Experience managing 50+ short-term rental properties.
- Proven experience with listing management: Importing, mapping, creating, and adjusting listings on Airbnb and similar platforms.
- Flawless spoken English with a clear, neutral accent and excellent grammar.
- Financial knowledge and the ability to read and analyze performance metrics and reports.
- Quick-thinking, highly organized, and able to follow SOPs with precision while solving problems on the fly.
- Familiarity with Hostaway, Breezeway, or similar tools is a plus.
