About the Role
We are looking for a full-time highly skilled Podcast & Shorts Editor. This role requires someone who can edit long-form podcast episodes and transform key insights into high-performing short-form content for platforms like YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and Instagram Reels. Since our guests are CEOs, CIOs, and Directors, edits should maintain a highly polished tone suitable for a professional audience. We are looking for someone who is interested in building a career and working at our company for years to come.

Responsibilities
Edit and enhance podcast audio and video to meet professional-quality standards.
Cut long-form podcast episodes into concise, engaging shorts optimized for YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and Instagram Reels.
Add captions, graphics, and subtle animations while maintaining a corporate and institutional feel.
Ensure clear, high-quality audio, removing background noise, filler words, and awkward pauses.
Maintain branding consistency across all edits.
Adapt to a fast-paced work environment, ensuring quick turnarounds while maintaining exceptional quality.
Stay updated on short-form content trends to maximize reach and engagement.
Be highly responsive and communicative, able to take feedback and apply revisions efficiently.

Requirements
Proven experience in podcast and short-form video editing (portfolio required).
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Descript.
Experience with motion graphics and captions (After Effects, CapCut, or similar).
Ability to adapt to an institutional editing style, ensuring a polished, executive-level presentation.
Excellent English proficiency, both written and spoken.
Understanding of social media algorithms and how to optimize content for engagement.
Ability to work independently, meet tight deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Must be willing to undergo a task assessment to ensure they meet the required standards.
