We are a leading video podcast marketing agency specializing in health and wellness content. We manage YouTube growth for top experts, nutritionists, and medical professionals, helping their content reach the right audience. Now, we’re looking for a Podcast Video Editor to join our team!

Role Overview
We need a highly skilled Podcast Video Editor who can turn long-form podcast recordings into engaging, well-paced video content. You will be responsible for cleaning up raw footage, cutting unnecessary parts, ensuring smooth pacing, enhancing audio, and making the final video visually polished and professional.

Your main goal is to edit full-length podcast episodes (30-90 minutes) and clips from those podcasts while maintaining a natural and engaging flow. Audio quality is just as important as video quality, so experience in audio enhancement and noise reduction is required.

Key Responsibilities
- Edit long-form podcast videos (30-90 minutes) into polished, high-quality content
- Cut out filler words, awkward pauses, and unnecessary sections to keep the conversation engaging
- Enhance and balance audio for clarity, reducing background noise and ensuring consistent levels
- Apply light audio processing (EQ, compression, noise removal) for professional sound
- Ensure smooth transitions, multi-camera switching (if applicable), and high production value
- Create shorter clips (3-10 minutes) from full episodes (timestamps will be provided)
- Deliver export-ready files in landscape (16:9) format

Who You Are
- Experienced Podcast Video Editor—you have edited long-form conversations before
- Proficient in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro
- Strong understanding of pacing & storytelling—you know how to keep viewers engaged
- Skilled in multi-camera editing, color correction, and professional podcast aesthetics
- Experienced in audio editing—you can remove background noise, balance audio, and improve clarity
- Familiar with tools like Adobe Audition, RX iZotope, or similar for audio processing
- Able to work efficiently without sacrificing quality
- Detail-oriented—clean cuts, proper text placement, and smooth edits
- Fast and reliable—you can meet deadlines consistently
