Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Podcast Production Specialist to manage the daily execution of our podcast SOP. This role involves leveraging AI tools for editing, publishing episodes, reviewing insights, engaging with audience comments, and conducting outreach to real estate agents.

Key Responsibilities:
Execute the established SOP for daily podcast production with precision.
Utilize AI tools to edit and produce high-quality audio-only podcast episodes.
Publish episodes across all major platforms.
Review weekly insights and provide actionable recommendations.
Respond to audience comments and engage with listeners.
Conduct direct message outreach to real estate agents.
Engage with other agent accounts to maintain active presence in the algorithm.
Continuously suggest improvements to enhance the podcast experience.
Qualifications:

Experience in podcast production, particularly audio-only formats.
Familiarity with AI tools for content editing.
Strong analytical skills to interpret insights and drive improvements.
Ability to follow SOPs meticulously while taking initiative for enhancements.
Excellent communication and engagement skills.
Experience with social media engagement and outreach.
Passion for storytelling and content creation.
