We’re looking for a skilled and passionate Podcast Producer to join our team and help us create high-quality, engaging content that resonates with real estate enthusiasts, investors, and professionals alike.

**Responsibilities:**
- Manage the end-to-end production of the podcast, including scheduling, recording, editing, and publishing episodes
- Collaborate with hosts to develop episode themes, scripts, and interview questions
- Coordinate interviews with real estate professionals and market experts
- Edit audio for clarity, quality, and flow, ensuring a polished final product
- Incorporate music, sound effects, and ads into episodes as needed
- Ensure timely release of episodes and manage podcast distribution across platforms (e.g., Spotify, Apple Podcasts)
- Provide creative input on content development and branding
- Monitor listener feedback and analytics to continuously improve the podcast’s content and reach

**Requirements:**
- Proven experience in podcast production, including audio editing, mixing, and post-production
- Strong understanding of the real estate industry or willingness to learn
- Proficiency with audio editing software (e.g., Audacity, Adobe Audition, or similar)
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Creative mindset and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit

**Nice-to-Have:**
- Experience in the real estate or investment industry
- Familiarity with social media promotion and podcast marketing
- Experience producing remote recordings
