Contract Type: Full-Time (Direct Hire)
Work Hours: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM PHT (same as Western Australia)
Salary Range: PHP 65,000 per month

About the Role
Skill Bridge is hiring a Podcast Manager for one of our clients. This direct-hire role involves overseeing the end-to-end production and growth of their podcast. You'll handle guest booking, research, editing, content creation, social media, and overall podcast management.

Key Responsibilities
- Guest Management: Find, engage, and book guests for the podcast, ensuring a diverse and engaging lineup.
- Research and Preparation: Conduct in-depth research on guests and prepare comprehensive reports prior to interviews.
- Editing: Edit podcast episodes for audio and video content, ensuring high-quality production, preferably using Descript or similar editing tools.
- Content Creation: Create engaging clips and snippets from episodes to be shared on social media platforms.
- Social Media Management: Manage and grow the podcast’s social media presence, focusing on audience engagement and growth strategies.
- Guest Communication: Act as the main point of contact for guest communication before and after the interviews.
- End-to-End Production Management: Take charge of all behind-the-scenes activities, including scheduling, post-production, and content distribution.

What We’re Looking For
- Proven Experience: Hands-on experience in podcast production or related content creation roles.
- Editing Expertise: Strong proficiency in audio and video editing software, with Descript experience being a plus.
- Communication & Organization: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
- Research Skills: Ability to craft compelling guest profiles and narratives.
- Social Media Marketing: Experience with social media growth strategies and audience engagement.
- Independent & Proactive: A proactive mindset and ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
- Technical Know-How: Familiarity with podcast hosting platforms and distribution channels.
