Podcast Editor - Video & Audio

Are you an experienced podcast editor with a passion for producing high-quality content? We’re looking for a skilled Podcast Editor - Video & Audio to join our team on an as-needed basis, to publish one 30-minute podcast per week.

Responsibilities:
- Edit and balance long-form podcasts (30 minutes), ensuring high-quality audio and visual content.
- Layer and synchronize separate video and audio recordings seamlessly.
- Apply advanced audio editing techniques, including vocal EQ and noise reduction, to ensure clarity and consistency.
- Manage and upload finished episodes to all major podcast streaming platforms and YouTube.
- Maintain brand standards and ensure the final product aligns with our vision and audience expectations.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in podcast editing with a portfolio of completed work.
- Strong understanding of audio editing, including vocal EQ, sound balancing, and mastering.
- Proficiency in video editing software and tools for syncing audio and video.
- Familiarity with podcast distribution platforms (e.g., Spotify, Apple Podcasts) and YouTube.
- Attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of sound design and creating engaging listener experiences.
- Experience in video transitions, effects, and branding elements for YouTube podcasts.
