We're seeking a talented Podcast Content Creator and Technical Writer to enhance our brand presence by promoting events, engaging the community, and crafting compelling content.

**Position Overview:**
As a Podcast Content Creator and Technical Writer, you'll play a vital role in driving engagement, promoting services, and strengthening our brand through various channels. Responsibilities include creating persuasive content for events, awards, and community memberships, engaging in discussions, curating agendas, and producing the "M&A Alerts" newsletter.

**Key Responsibilities:**

**Podcast Content Creation and Promotion:**
- Develop persuasive content for events, awards, podcasts, and online community memberships.
- Collaborate with the marketing team for digital ads, social media, emails, and website updates.
- Optimize content using SEO practices to increase visibility.

**Online Community Engagement:**
- Actively participate in discussions, answering questions and sharing insights.
- Identify industry trends to initiate meaningful conversations.
- Build relationships to establish expertise within the M&A field.

**Event Agenda Creation:**
- Collaborate with events team to create comprehensive event agendas.
- Research industry trends to ensure relevance and appeal.
- Craft session descriptions and speaker bios to showcase event value.

**Newsletter Creation - M&A Alerts:**
- Curate content for the weekly "M&A Alerts" newsletter.
- Summarize industry news and insights to keep subscribers informed.
- Maintain engaging tone and valuable content delivery.

**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven content creation experience, preferably in finance or M&A.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Familiarity with SEO and content optimization.
- Online community management experience a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
- Proficiency in CMS, email marketing, and social media tools.
- Analytical mindset to track content performance.
- Communicate with clients via email and phone
- Work from home, computer and high-speed internet required with power backups
- Work during New York - Eastern time 9am - 6pm with one hour meal break
