We are seeking a skilled Podcast Assistant & Social Media Manager/Content Creator with a strong focus on video editing and a passion for growing audiences through engaging content. This role involves supporting podcast editing and social media content, and optimizing posts for maximum reach. Key responsibilities include:

- Editing and enhancing video content using CapCut to create captivating clips and reels.
- Assisting with podcast production, including editing, and preparing episodes for release.
- Writing clear, engaging copy for social media posts, show notes, and video descriptions.
- Implementing basic SEO strategies to improve content visibility and audience reach.
- Managing and scheduling social media posts, monitoring engagement, and responding to audience interactions.
- Learning how to use our Q&A tool to write quality questions and answers for search optimization.
- Eventually, build and train a team.

Requirements:

- Proficiency with CapCut or similar video editing tools.
- Basic understanding of SEO for social media and video content.
- Strong copywriting skills for social media platforms.
