Your Role:
As our Podcast Virtual Assistant, you will play a vital role in the production and enhancement of our podcast series. You will manage all aspects related to our podcast, from guest booking to episode scheduling and coordination, ensuring a seamless and professional broadcast.

Key Responsibilities:
?? Coordinate and schedule recordings with guests, ensuring a smooth and timely production process.
?? Manage podcast calendar, keeping track of upcoming episodes and guest appearances.
?? Assist in researching and vetting potential guests who align with our podcast’s themes and goals.
?? Handle correspondence with guests, including invitations, scheduling, and follow-up communications.
?? Provide support in the distribution and promotion of podcast episodes across various platforms.
?? Maintain organized records of all podcast activities, including guest details, episode feedback, and audience metrics.
?? Collaborate with marketing and content teams to enhance the visibility and impact of each podcast episode.

What You'll Bring:
?? Experience in podcast production, guest booking, or a similar role – at least 12 months preferred.
?? Ability to work during Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours for effective real-time collaboration and coordination with guests and team members.
?? Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently without sacrificing accuracy.
?? Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with guests and team members professionally and warmly.
?? Technical proficiency with podcast recording and editing software, as well as familiarity with platforms like Spotify, Apple Podcasts, and Google Podcasts.
?? A proactive approach to problem-solving and a high level of independence in managing projects.
?? Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and priorities in a dynamic content creation environment.
?? Ability to work effectively across time zones for coordination with guests and team members.

Qualifications:
