The Amazon Platform Manager will be responsible for maintaining top-tier Account Health on Amazon, ensuring our brand is optimally positioned for success within the marketplace. This role involves proactively managing account health, resolving platform issues, and leveraging Amazon's latest tools and features to strengthen our brand’s presence.
You will also collaborate with third-party solutions to enhance our operational efficiency, ensuring that Royal Therapy remains competitive and compliant on Amazon.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage Amazon Account Health – Proactively monitor and resolve account health concerns, ensuring compliance with Amazon’s policies.
Handle Amazon Case Management – Create, track, and escalate cases for reimbursements, listing issues, and platform-related concerns.
Optimize Listings & Compliance – Regularly audit product listings to ensure they comply with Amazon's Terms of Service (TOS).
Monitor & Improve Platform Performance – Identify and implement new strategies to enhance Amazon’s platform features/tools for maximum brand visibility and growth.
Leverage Third-Party Tools – Utilize external software to monitor reimbursements, optimize listings, and track performance data.
Weekly Reporting & Strategy Alignment – Collaborate with the Operations Team to discuss key insights, address potential issues, and align on performance goals.
Stay Updated on Amazon Policies & Trends – Keep track of Amazon’s evolving policies, algorithm changes, and best practices to ensure continued compliance and success.
Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work with PPC managers, supply chain teams, and content creators to optimize product performance and drive revenue growth.
Maintain the Daily Sales Tracker – Document critical notes affecting product listings and overall account performance.

Account Health Maintained at the Highest Level – Minimize risks related to account suspensions, listing removals, and compliance violations.
Efficient Case Resolution – Timely management and resolution of Amazon cases, resulting in maximum reimbursements and minimal downtime.
Implementation of Amazon’s Latest Features – Stay ahead of the curve by integrating Amazon’s newest tools into our strategy.
Optimized User Experience for Amazon Customers – Ensure listings are accurate, informative, and visually engaging.
Seamless Collaboration with Operations & Marketing Teams – Improve communication and workflow efficiency across departments.
REQUIREMENTS
2+ years of experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts or working in Amazon-related operations.
Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills—you don’t just identify problems; you find solutions.
Attention to detail and a proactive mindset to catch issues before they escalate.
Experience with Amazon Account Health management, including compliance, performance tracking, and case handling.
Familiarity with third-party Amazon tools (e.g., Bindwise, Helium 10, Data Dive, Sellerise, Perpetua, or other automation software).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills—you’ll be handling case submissions, vendor interactions, and internal reporting.
Ability to adapt quickly to Amazon’s ever-changing landscape.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field preferred (but not required).
Experience with Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Drive) and Excel for tracking and analyzing data.
BONUS SKILLS (Preferred, but not required):
Experience with Amazon PPC and advertising strategies.
Other E-commerce Marketplaes
Familiarity with photo/video editing for listing optimization.
Copywriting skills for enhancing product descriptions and A+ content.
Understanding of supply chain logistics and inventory management in an Amazon environment.
