Job Requirements:
1. Experience in Sales:
• Minimum of 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in the plastics industry or related sectors (e.g., manufacturing, packaging, or B2B sales).
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
2. Cold Calling Skills:
• Experience in cold calling to generate leads and close sales.
• Ability to handle rejection and overcome objections effectively.
• Strong phone presence and communication skills.
3. Marketing and Lead Generation:
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and strategies to support lead generation efforts.
• Ability to identify potential clients through research and networking.
4. Commission-Based Sales:
• Willingness to work on a commission-based compensation model.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently to reach sales goals.
5. Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
• Experience using CRM software to track leads, sales, and follow-ups.
• Strong organizational skills to maintain a pipeline of prospects.
Preferred Skills:
• Knowledge of plastics manufacturing, types of materials, or applications.
• Experience in B2B sales or selling industrial products.
• Ability to develop customized sales pitches tailored to client needs.
Responsibilities:
