We are searching for FULL-TIME REMOTE EMPLOYEES NOT FREELANCERS to work as Physician Recruiters. We will train. You must have excellent American English ( this means understanding slang and American word placement) Your job will be to talk to US physicians on the phone and through text and email. If you are afraid to speak with US physicians, please do not apply. Your day-to-day responsibilities are to make at least 60 outgoing calls to physicians to present job opportunities to them. You are expected to spend at least two hours of recorded talk time on the phone in addition to sending texts and emails. You are required to own a pc with at least 8mb of RAM and a high-speed internet connection of at least 100 MBPS. We supply the US phone number, the phone line, and all the software tools you need to be successful. We work in an MS TEAMS environment. You are required to work 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM EST time. We will hire you on a trial basis with the goal of you becoming a full-time permanent employee, You will be compensated very well if you are successful. We pay a base salary that will increase as your success level increases and we will pay commissions. The more successful you are, the higher your salary and the more commissions you make. We do not allow full-time employees to also work freelance jobs while working for us. We want a full commitment from you. You will be provided training and time to ramp up. Once you have ramped up and are successful, the money will come. We pay health insurance benefits, paid time off, and night differentials. Other bonuses include an attendance bonus and a rice bonus.
