Physician Assistant/Scriber

Responsibilities:

Monitor incoming messages, respond to inquiries from home care policies and clinics, and document patient notes.
Prepare and complete medical notes while ensuring nurses follow up on patient care and address routine questions.
Accompany healthcare providers during patient encounters and document real-time details of visits.
Record patient medical histories, exam findings, procedures, and treatment plans in electronic health records (EHRs) under the physician's supervision.
Coordinate patient care and communicate with healthcare professionals such as nurses and pharmacists to ensure effective and timely care.
Ensure patient encounters run efficiently by maintaining smooth workflows.
Work closely with the head of operations and the healthcare team to optimize processes.
Perform other medical and administrative tasks as required by the client.
Physician Assistant Requirements:

- More than 2 years of experience working as a Doctor in the Philippines and handling adult patients but new graduates are welcome to apply
- Strong analytical and technical skills.
- Exceptional communication skills in written and spoken English.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Detail oriented with good problem-solving skills.
- The ability to treat patients with compassion and empathy.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced and ever-evolving environment.
- Can work in US Eastern Standard Time
