Photoshop T shirt Graphic Designer

Hello,
We are looking for an experienced Photoshop professional graphic designer to design t-shirts.

Requirements:
1) Proficient in English - informal communication, knowledge of puns, slang, internet trends, and intentional grammar mistakes.
2) Graphic Design Software - we do not care which programs you use, but we need our final designs in SVG or PNG format (12-14" wide).
3) PayPal - we only offer payments through PayPal.
4) Email/storage - necessary for job assignments and file transfers.

Photoshop - 90s rap tees, the ability to transform photos of people and buildings into one color PNGs, gradient text. AI use is fine. These skills are not rare, but we need someone to piece them all together to make a thought-out t-shirt design with minimal revisions.

Typical day:
Receive an email to see a mood board outlining 1-3 t-shirt ideas/sketches.
Respond if interested with a time estimate.
Receive a 33?posit and begin work.

Email screenshots of final designs.
Receive the final 67% of the payment.
