We are a US-based Junk Removal Company looking for a full-time, home-based customer support agent to work with our customer support & sales department.
Your Daily responsibilities would include:
Send a daily report detailing completed and ongoing tasks.
Take inbound sales calls, customer requests and/or complaints and make outbound calls.
Respond to customer questions via phone call,
Provide service quotes & make sure to do a follow up with the leads
Book new jobs, reschedule &/or update service jobs in our booking calendar system
Identify customers needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives.

This is a FULL-time position. You need to have EXCELLENT English Skills. Little to no accent is desired.
Work hours are 5 days a week from 8am cst - 5pm cst Monday through Friday.
$4/Hr to start with the ability to earn up to $5/hr+ bonuses based on performance.
