JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for an exceptional English-speaking individual to join our team as a Phone Support Specialist for our software company. You will play a key role in providing top-tier support to our customers, hosting Q&A sessions, and helping users effectively navigate our software.

We will train you on all aspects of our software, ensuring you have the knowledge and tools to succeed. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Phone Support: Answer customer inquiries professionally and clearly.
2. Q&A Hosting: Conduct live sessions to assist customers and answer questions.
3. Written Communication: Provide clear and concise responses via email or chat.
4. Software Knowledge: Learn and understand our software to confidently assist users.

What We Need:
• Excellent spoken and written English (near-native level, indistinguishable from an American accent).
• A friendly personality and a can-do attitude.
• Ability to communicate effectively and provide solutions in a clear, professional manner.
• A reliable internet connection and a quality headset for clear audio communication.
• Previous experience in phone support or similar customer-facing roles is preferred.
• Must be available to work 9 AM to 5 PM Eastern Time (US hours).
