Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Phone Sales All-Star. The Phone Sales All-Star will be responsible for making outbound calls to independent natural food retailers, educating them about Weave’s client's products, and closing sales. The Phone Sales All-Star will also be responsible for maintaining customer relationships and providing exceptional customer service. This role involves soft relational selling, not hard sales. You will have a set of 5 or so products that you will offer to the store with a compelling one-liner sales pitch description of each product and each product will have a compelling offer of 1 case per flavor/sku for free if the product is placed at eye level on the shelves, or in some cases 1 case per flavor/sku at 50% free (50% paid). It is not very hard to make the sale placement and the biggest quality that will best ensure success in the role is the ability to create a natural and authentic and easy going conversational dynamic and ultimately long term relationship with the grocery, frozen, and beverage buyers for these small natural food stores in the US.
