Key responsibilities may include:
Answering incoming calls promptly and courteously: with a standard greeting, identifying the company and oneself.
Screening calls: to understand the caller's needs and determine the best course of action.
Directing calls: to the appropriate staff member or department based on the caller's inquiry.
Taking accurate messages: when necessary and delivering them to the intended recipient in a timely manner.
Providing basic information: about the company, products, or services when applicable.
Handling customer inquiries and complaints: professionally, escalating issues to supervisors when needed.
Maintaining a log of calls: for record-keeping purposes.
The candidate would be added to multiple inbound phone lines via OpenPhone and be expected to answer calls as they are received. Volume will vary based on day and seasonality.
