Role Overview:
We are scaling a social media marketing agency (SMMA) using phone farming to automate mass content distribution across multiple platforms. You will manage multiple devices, simulate unique user behaviors, and optimize automation tools to generate viral engagement.

Responsibilities:
Phone Farm Management – Operate and maintain multiple devices, ensuring each has a unique IP and appears as distinct users.
Mass Content Posting – Automate and schedule posts across platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube Shorts).
Engagement Boosting – Use automation to interact with content (likes, comments, shares) for organic reach.
Account Rotation & IP Management – Prevent bans by managing device fingerprints, proxies, and VPNs.
Trend Monitoring – Identify and replicate viral content strategies for maximum exposure.

Mandatory Requirements:
Proven Phone Farming Expertise – Experience operating multiple devices for social media automation.
Automation Tool Knowledge – Proficiency with tools like Jarvee, Socinator, or custom bots.
IP Masking & Anti-Ban Strategies – Understanding of residential proxies, mobile proxies, and VPNs.
Social Media Growth – Ability to generate organic-looking engagement across multiple platforms.
Stable Internet – 50 Mbps minimum to support simultaneous operations.
Time Tracking & Reporting – Hubstaff usage required, with a 40-hour weekly commitment.

Preferred Skills:
