JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a highly skilled Phone Caller (Payment Recovery Specialist) to join our team and help us recover declined payments from customers using our software. Your role will involve calling customers whose payments have failed, helping them resolve any issues, and encouraging them to continue their subscription.

If you have excellent English communication skills, strong persuasion abilities, and experience in payment recovery or customer retention, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:
• Call customers whose payments for our software have declined and assist them in resolving the issue.
• Persuade and educate customers on the value of staying subscribed.
• Understand and address objections, offering solutions to encourage customers to complete their payment.
• Maintain accurate records of conversations and update the CRM.
• Follow up with customers via calls, SMS, and emails if needed.
• Work closely with the billing and customer support teams to ensure smooth payment processing.

Qualifications:
• Excellent spoken and written English (neutral accent preferred).
• Previous experience in a similar role (payment recovery, collections, retention, customer service, or sales).
• Strong communication and persuasion skills – ability to handle objections and convince customers to continue their subscription.
• Experience with CRM systems and call scripts is a plus.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment.
