### **Job Posting: Virtual Appointment Setter for a Fine Jewelry Store**

**Position:** Virtual Appointment Setter
**Location:** Remote (Philippines)
**Employment Type:** Full-Time (40 hours/week)
**Salary:** Competitive, based on experience + Performance Bonuses

#### **Job Overview:**
We are a high-end local jewelry store seeking an experienced Virtual Appointment Setter to help us schedule appointments with potential customers. You will be responsible for outbound calls, follow-ups, and moving leads through our CRM pipeline efficiently. This role requires strong communication skills, excellent English proficiency, and experience with CRM tools.

### **Key Responsibilities:**
- Make outbound calls to leads who have expressed interest in our jewelry services.
- Follow up with leads via phone, SMS, and email to schedule appointments.
- Use a CRM system to update lead status, track follow-ups, and move leads through the pipeline.
- Maintain high-level tonality and professionalism on every call.
- Overcome objections and handle basic inquiries about our jewelry services.
- Confirm appointments and send reminders to reduce no-shows.
- Work closely with our sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of appointments.
- Track and report daily call metrics and appointment booking rates.

### **Qualifications:**
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as an appointment setter, telemarketer, or similar role.
- **Excellent spoken and written English** with minimal accent.
- Strong tonality and confidence on the phone.
- Experience using CRMs (HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Zoho, or similar).
- Ability to handle objections and guide leads toward booking an appointment.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Experience in the jewelry, luxury, or retail industry is a **plus** but not required.

### **KPIs & Performance Metrics:**
- **Daily Calls:** 80-120 calls per day (mix of new outreach & follow-ups).
- **Appointment Booking Rate:** At least 15-20% of calls should result in a scheduled appointment.
- **Show Rate:** 75%+ of scheduled appointments should show up.
- **CRM Updates:** 100% of leads should be updated in the CRM after each interaction.
- **Follow-Up Timeliness:** Leads should be contacted within 5 minutes of inquiry submission.
