JOB OVERVIEW

Location: Remote / Work from Anywhere
Job Type: Part-Time (Potential for Full-Time)
Shift: Saturday to Tuesday, 9 AM to 5 PM EST

We are looking for a creative, tech-savvy, and highly organized individual to join our team as a Personal Virtual Assistant with Graphic Design Expertise. This hybrid role combines administrative responsibilities with creative tasks, offering a unique opportunity for a motivated professional to grow within our dynamic and globally distributed team.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support
-Manage executive calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
-Handle email correspondence, draft and proofread documents, and prepare detailed reports.
-Conduct research, compile information, and create polished presentations.
-Organize travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
-Coordinate and support events, conferences, and other initiatives.
-Act as a professional point of contact for clients, partners, and stakeholders.
-Maintain confidentiality when managing sensitive information.
-Perform general administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and expense tracking.

Graphic Design & Creative Tasks
-Develop compelling visuals for marketing, presentations, and other company needs.
-Create branded assets, such as social media posts, banners, and promotional materials.
-Collaborate with team members to align visuals with company goals and messaging.

Requirements
-Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role (remote experience preferred).
-Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or Canva.
-Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively.
