As the company continues to grow, we are seeking a dedicated Personal Secretary to support the CEO with a variety of tasks, including research and obtaining critical information.
Position Overview:
The Personal Secretary will work closely with the CEO, providing administrative support and helping to gather essential data for business operations and decision-making. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The ideal candidate should be proactive, resourceful, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the CEO with day-to-day tasks, including scheduling, correspondence, and maintaining records.
Conduct research on various topics as requested by the CEO, including gathering data, identifying potential business opportunities, and exploring industry trends.
Prepare reports, summaries, and presentations based on research findings.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Manage communications with stakeholders, partners, and tea
Organize and maintain files, documents, and other records for easy access and retrieval.
Follow up on tasks and ensure deadlines are met.
Perform other administrative duties as needed to support the CEO and business operations.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a personal assistant, executive assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
Strong research and organizational skills, with the ability to locate, analyze, and summarize information efficiently.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Strong proficiency in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Suite).
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Experience in business-related research or similar roles is a plus.
Compensation:
Competitive hourly rate, depending on experience and qualifications. Flexible working hours can be discussed based on candidate availability.
