Insurance Service Specialist

thriving Insurance Agency is seeking a dedicated Service Specialist to join our team and help us
continue building lasting relationships with our valued clients.
About the Role
As our new Service Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of client satisfaction, leveraging your
insurance industry expertise to contribute significantly to our agency's success. This full-time
position offers:
40-hour work week
Bi-weekly pay schedule
Monday to Friday, 8: 00 AM to 5:00 PM EST
10 days of paid time off
Key Responsibilities
Provide personalized client support and insurance product information
Quoting (Personal Lines)
Answering Inbound Phone Calls
Efficiently manage policy changes, (RTA, COI, Binder etc.) renewals, and updates
Guide clients through the claims process with empathy and expertise
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and maintain accurate documentation
Collaborate with internal teams to optimize operations and achieve goals
Ideal Candidate
We're looking for an experienced professional who:
Has a strong background in insurance agency operations
Demonstrates excellent client service skills
RTA, Binders/COI
Experience with Agency Zoom, PL Rater, Single Point, and carrier navigations
Can work effectively in a team environment
Is detail-oriented and compliant-focused
