Personal Injury Paralegal

Paralegal needed for a personal injury law firm in Canada. The job requires reading clients' medical records and preparing a medical summary. Preparing case briefs and settlement proposals by analyzing relevant case law, and calculating damages, special damages, and any other losses. Communicating with clients and third parties and helping prepare the case for negotiations. The paralegal will also be helping with the discovery process by requesting records from clinics and other parties to support the case.
