Personal Injury Law Patient Coordinator and Intake Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Personal Injury Patient Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting patients who are involved in personal injury claims, ensuring that their care and treatment processes are efficiently managed. This position requires experience with patient eligibility verification, insurance authorizations, and coordination of services related to personal injury cases.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle patient intake and maintain accurate personal injury case files.
- Verify patient insurance eligibility and coverage for personal injury claims.
- Obtain necessary authorizations and pre-certifications for treatments and procedures.
- Communicate with insurance providers, adjusters, and legal representatives as needed.
- Assist patients in navigating their treatment plans, ensuring that all claims are processed correctly.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide seamless patient care.
- Monitor case progress and assist in any additional documentation or medical reports required.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to patients throughout the process.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in healthcare coordination, eligibility verification, or insurance authorization.
- Experience with personal injury cases and workers' compensation is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of insurance verification and authorization processes.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively with patients, insurance companies, and legal teams.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- Previous experience in a medical office or healthcare setting is a plus.
