Overview:
We are a high-end interior design and staging company seeking a Personal Executive Assistant to support our growing business. This is a multifaceted role requiring expertise in accounting, social media management, lead qualification, and client sales. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated go-getter with a high IQ, a keen eye for design, and the ability to represent our brand flawlessly across all tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Executive & Administrative Support:
Manage
Provide light accounting support, including invoicing and tracking expenses.
Oversee bookkeeping tasks with attention to detail and accuracy.
2. Social Media Management:
Create and schedule visually stunning posts that align with our brand's aesthetic and tone.
Manage Instagram and other social media platforms to engage with our audience and grow our online presence.
Collaborate to create content ideas and maintain consistency with our design style.
3. Lead Qualification & Sales Support:
Respond to incoming leads promptly, qualify their needs, and help close sales.
Assist with client communication to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
Confidently pitch services and upsell where appropriate to meet client needs.
4. Interior Design Support (Preferred):
Assist with mood boards, material sourcing, or design ideas to streamline client projects (if experienced).
Qualifications:
Experience in Interior Design is a significant plus.
Proven experience in social media management with an aesthetic that matches our brand (refer to our Instagram).
Strong administrative and organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
Experience in accounting/bookkeeping and using relevant tools (e.g., QuickBooks).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to qualify leads and close sales confidently and professionally.
Self-starter attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving and task completion.
Familiarity with the interior design industry and its trends is highly desirable.
