Personal Brand Specialist for LinkedIn & Twitter Growth

Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for building personal brands and driving lead generation? Our design studio is seeking a Personal Brand Specialist to grow and manage personal brand accounts on LinkedIn and Twitter. This role focuses on creating impactful content, engaging with audiences, and implementing lead generation strategies to facilitate calls and grow business opportunities.

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategies to grow and manage personal brand accounts on LinkedIn and Twitter.
Create and schedule engaging, on-brand content tailored to target audiences.
Actively engage with audiences by responding to comments, messages, and relevant discussions.
Build and maintain relationships with key industry professionals and influencers.
Execute lead generation campaigns to drive inbound inquiries and facilitate call bookings.
Analyze account performance and adjust strategies based on insights and analytics.
Stay up to date with social media trends, platform updates, and best practices for personal brand growth.

Requirements:
Proven experience in managing and growing personal brand accounts on LinkedIn and Twitter.
Strong understanding of social media best practices, content creation, and audience engagement strategies.
Experience with lead generation and managing inbound inquiries to facilitate call bookings.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling content.
Analytical skills to measure and report on account performance and ROI.
Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently to achieve goals.
Familiarity with design tools or platforms is a bonus but not required.
