We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant who also has a knack for social media. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on multitasking, is detail-oriented, and can bring creativity to our brand’s online presence while supporting daily administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Personal Assistant Duties:
Manage daily schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives
Organize and prioritize
Assist with personal errands and tasks to help keep life organized
Coordinate meetings, take notes, and follow up on important tasks and action items
Conduct research and manage special projects as assigned
Social Media Support:
Assist with creating and scheduling social media posts across platforms (Instagram,
Monitor social media accounts, responding to messages and engaging with followers
Help brainstorm content ideas and stay up-to-date with trends
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure social media aligns with the brand’s voice and goals
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a personal assistant or in an administrative support role
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Basic knowledge of social media platforms and content creation tools (Canva, Hootsuite, etc.)
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently
Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently
