Managing the Service & Admin Inbox Emails.
Calling commercial & residential customers for regular services.
Support with customer service. – Respond to customer inquiries & ensure customer satisfaction through timely follow-up.
Assist with incoming & outgoing calls when needed.
Assist with monthly service campaigns.
Assist with overdue tasks
