I’m a busy business owner running multiple companies in construction, restoration, and property management. I’m looking for a sharp, reliable, and organized Personal Assistant to help manage day-to-day tasks—both personal and professional—so I can stay focused on growth and operations.
This role is ideal for someone who’s resourceful, detail-oriented, communicates well, and thrives on keeping things organized and moving forward.
What You’ll Help With:
• Organizing my calendar and managing appointments
• Sorting
• Handeling small tasks
• Booking travel, handling errands, and light research
• Creating simple systems (checklists, SOPs, notes)
• Weekly financial books on my CRM
• Occasionally coordinating with vendors, clients, or partners
• Posting or editing listings, managing online accounts
• Supporting personal projects and property management items
