JOB OVERVIEW

Are you a dynamic professional with a passion for real estate and women’s empowerment? I am seeking a dedicated Personal Assistant to support our real estate brokerage and women’s network initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation: Utilize social media platforms to identify and attract potential clients and members for both the real estate brokerage and the women’s empowerment network.

• Client and Member Engagement: Conduct outreach to qualify leads, schedule appointments, and maintain relationships with clients and network members.

• Social Media Management: Oversee and manage social media accounts, creating engaging content to enhance our online presence and community engagement.

• Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative assistance, including calendar management, event coordination, and communication handling for both ventures.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience in lead generation, social media management, and administrative support.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for real estate and women’s empowerment initiatives.
