JOB OVERVIEW

Job Description:
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support the CEO of KPS Essentials. The ideal candidate will manage emails, schedule meetings, coordinate travel, and oversee daily administrative tasks. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize the CEO’s email inbox, prioritizing and responding as needed.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain an organized calendar.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and the virtual team, ensuring smooth communication.
- Handle administrative tasks and assist in project management when required.
Required Skills:
- Knowledge using Monday.com
- Email & Calendar Management – Proven experience managing executive inboxes, prioritizing emails, and scheduling appointments.
- Travel Coordination – Ability to book and manage complex travel plans, ensuring seamless itineraries.
- Strong Communication – Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Organizational Skills – Detail-oriented with strong multitasking abilities to manage deadlines and priorities effectively.
- Leadership & Team Coordination – Experience overseeing virtual teams or managing administrative workflows.
- Familiarity with google drive - Optimization of google email and drive
