We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support the CEO of KPS Essentials. The ideal candidate will manage
Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize the CEO’s
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain an organized calendar.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and the virtual team, ensuring smooth communication.
- Handle administrative tasks and assist in project management when required.

- Strong Communication – Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Leadership & Team Coordination – Experience overseeing virtual teams or managing administrative workflows.
- Familiarity with google drive - Optimization of google
