Salary: $5 - $10 USD per hour (Negotiable based on experience)
Location: Philippines (Work-from-home)
Work Hours: U.S. Eastern Time (EST)

About Us:
Promofect is a fast-growing company specializing in screen printing, embroidery, and promotional products. We are expanding our team in the Philippines and looking for a Remote Office Manager & Bookkeeper who can handle a variety of operational and financial tasks. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
? Operations Management & Administrative Support:

General administrative tasks
Researching new areas for the business, such as new software solutions and operational improvements
? Bookkeeping & Finance:

Categorizing transactions and assisting with month-end closing
Updating financial reports and reconciling accounts
Handling accounts payable and receivable
Filing sales tax reports
Who We're Looking For:
Someone who is organized, resourceful, and adaptable
Strong Excel and financial management skills
Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus
Experience in the promotional products industry is a big advantage
Ability to work well within a growing team (we currently have three team members in the Philippines)
Must be able to work U.S. Eastern Time hours
