I am seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to help support my business operations and occasional personal tasks. This is a part-time role for a few hours per week, with flexibility in schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
? Administrative Support:
Assist with managing day-to-day business tasks
Conduct online research and compile reports
Organize and maintain files, documents, and records
? Marketing Assistance:
Help create and edit marketing materials (e.g., presentations, social media content)
Perform basic graphic design or collaborate with designers (if applicable)
Research industry trends and competitors
? Cold Calling & Communication:
Make occasional cold calls or follow-ups with potential clients or partners
Draft and send
? Personal Tasks:
Assist with personal errands or bookings (e.g., reservations, appointments)
Help with occasional personal research or administrative needs
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and basic marketing tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable with cold calling and professional outreach
Experience in marketing or administrative assistance is a plus
