JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Personal Assistant to support a busy entrepreneur with both business and personal tasks. This role requires someone who is excellent at communication, highly efficient, and able to manage a variety of responsibilities. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and capable of handling multiple projects with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:
? Business Support:

Manage email inbox, respond to inquiries, and flag urgent matters
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
Conduct online research and compile reports or summaries
Manage project timelines, deadlines, and follow-ups
Assist in content planning and social media management
Track expenses, invoices, and organize financial documents
Liaise with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers, clients, and external partners
? Personal Assistance:

Organize and manage calendar, appointments, and daily schedules
Book flights, accommodations, and handle travel arrangements
Assist in personal errands such as ordering gifts, event planning, and reservations
Research and recommend personal and business-related services
Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
Key Qualifications:
Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal)
At least 2+ years of experience as a Virtual Assistant or Personal Assistant
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets)
Familiarity with task management tools like ClickUp, Asana, or Trello
Experience managing emails, scheduling, and basic bookkeeping
Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
Strong problem-solving skills and initiative
Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) is a plus
