Personal Assistant Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to support our CEO in managing various aspects of the company. This is a full-time, ongoing position that requires someone who can seamlessly handle a wide range of tasks, from administrative duties to creative projects. The ideal candidate will be reliable, communicative, and eager to contribute to the success of the company.

Responsibilities:
* Administrative Support: Assist with small management tasks, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
* Financial Management: Keep track of financial records, invoices, and other related documentation.
* Social Media Assistance: Support social media efforts by helping create content, scheduling posts, and monitoring engagement.
* Communication: Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely communication.
* Ad-hoc Tasks: Be prepared to take on additional responsibilities as needed to support the CEO and the company.


Key Requirements:

1. Reliability: You must be dependable and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently without constant supervision.
2, Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential. You should have reliable internet access and a Skype account for virtual meetings and communication.
3. Problem-Solving: Ability to think critically and solve problems independently while keeping the CEO informed of any issues or progress.
4. Tech-Savviness: Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for project management, communication, and financial tracking.
