We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to join our team. This role requires excellent attention to detail, time management, and strong communication skills to support day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities:
Email
Spreadsheet Work: Create, update, and manage spreadsheets with accuracy (e.g., reports, data tracking, and analysis).
Data Entry: Accurately input and update data into systems, ensuring information is complete and error-free.
Organization: Assist with scheduling, task management, and general organizational duties to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
Proven minimum of 3 yrs experience as a Personal Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
High attention to detail and accuracy in tasks.
Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, or ClickUp) is a plus.
Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace (for remote roles).
