**Personal Assistant – Marketing & Sales Support**
Location: Remote
Job Type: Part-Time
Salary: $5/hr

**About the Role:**
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive **Personal Assistant** with experience in **GoHighLevel**, lead generation, and sales funnel management. This role will support business operations, assist in marketing initiatives, and provide administrative support to ensure smooth workflow and business growth. The ideal candidate must be tech-savvy, sales-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently.

#### **Key Responsibilities:**

? **GoHighLevel Management:**
- Set up, manage, and optimize **GoHighLevel CRM** for lead generation and nurturing.
- Build and manage **sales funnels, landing pages, and automated workflows**.
- Monitor campaign performance and suggest improvements.

? **Lead Generation & Nurturing:**
- Identify and generate quality leads through various channels. Build and connect landing pages.
- Follow up with leads via email, calls, and automation tools.
- Maintain and update lead databases and nurture leads into conversions.

? **Sales & Marketing Support:**
- Assist in creating and managing **email marketing campaigns**.
- Support live webinars, introduce speakers, and engage with attendees.
- Assist in setting up ZooUpgrade to see actual infoetings, webinars, and follow-ups.
- Cold call potential clients and schedule meetings.

? **Administrative & Executive Support:**
- Manage **calendar scheduling, meeting bookings, and reminders**.
- Handle client communications and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Organize and maintain digital files and documents.

**Skills & Qualifications:**
- **Experience in GoHighLevel** or similar CRM platforms.
- Strong knowledge of **lead generation, sales funnels, and email marketing**.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in using **Zoom, scheduling tools, and webinar platforms**.
- Ability to cold call and build relationships with prospects.
- Highly organized with strong multitasking abilities.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.

**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Background in **marketing, sales, or administrative support**.
- Prior experience in event coordination, webinar hosting, or PA roles.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and strategies.
