Personal Accountability Coach & Assistant (EASY Part-Time for MORNING PEOPLE

Job Title: Personal Accountability Coach & Assistant (EASY PART TIME FOR MORNING PEOPLE)
Compensation: $2/hour?Schedule: 14 hours/week | 56 hours a month
* Monday-Sunday: 2 hours/day

56 hours x 2$ = 112$ a month (your salary) = 6,563 Philippine peso

* Check-in Time: Every Saturday (Weekly meeting)

If you want to work outside of you job hours to actually excel in what you do. That is up to you. However this will be fixed hours. I will only pay 64 hours in a month.

Important:
* Interviews are being conducted on the spot or can be scheduled today and tomorrow only.

WHO I AM: I am a manager in a real estate brokerage company in Spain.

WHAT I NEED: I am disciplined BUT not ALL THE TIME. I WANT TO PUSH MYSELF EVEN WHEN I DONT FEEL LIKE IT. That’s where you come in.


1. Waking up - to call me, to make sure I am out of my bed at 4:00 am (CET TIME) (11:00 am Philippines time)
2. Sleeping - to call me, to make sure I am in my bed at 9:00 pm (CET TIME) (4:00 am Philippines Time) - (worth 1 hour of work)
3. All my tasks and projects should have proof that I actually did them. You will check them for 1 hour and evaluate if I actually did it.

The hard part is only when you have to wake up at 4am in Philippines time. Which is worth as It is worth of 1 hour work.

Imagine YOU are the coach and I am your TRAINEE. That will be the dynamics of our working relationship.



I am using MOTION AI to organise my calendar. So organising my schedule ISNT THE JOB. Checking if I did it IS THE JOB.

3. I can’t hire someone who is not consistent and unreliable since that will affect my whole day.
