Permanent WFH - Bilingual (Spanish-English) Intake Specialist

We are looking for a rockstar and skilled Customer-Related Services - Bilingual (Spanish-English) Representative inspired by the simple, meaningful & effective service to support our growing organization. Responsibilities:
— Answer incoming calls to gather and input relevant information regarding the client's potential claim.
— Enter all details and information into the case management system and create leads.
— Assign all leads created to the Account Executives.
— Provide the best caller experience to clients.
— Performs other duties as assigned by Management.

Qualifications:
— Bilingual (Spanish-English) Speaking
— Has a minimum of 6 months experience working as a Customer Service Representative in a Business Process Outsource (BPO) environment and can start immediately.
— Possess strong computer (Excel/Word/PowerPoint) and internet skills.
— Willing to work on shifting schedules
— Keen to detail
— Excellent data entry and typing skills
— Meet the typing requirement of 40 WPM
— Strong time management
— Adaptability and accountability
— Exceptional customer service, active listening, verbal and written communication skills, professional phone voice
— Ability to prioritize workload and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Home Office Requirements:
— Stable internet connection with at least 50 Mbps postpaid (must provide a screenshot of a speed test)
— Computer (at least 16GB RAM and Intel is i5 core processor or equivalent)
— Dual/Extended Monitor
— Noise Cancelling Headset
— Backup Internet Connection (Prepaid Home WIFI Router or Pocket WIFI)
