Permanent, Salaried Full-Time Social Media Manager with graphic and video editing skillsets

Hello! My name is Dana and I'm the owner of www.kingsmenpremium.com. I own a 6-year old ecommerce company called Kingsmen Premium that sells premium men's grooming products including beard care products, body wash, and cologne.

I'm looking to hire someone with a track record of creating content and growing ecommerce social media accounts.

Primary responsibilities would include all of the classic social media management responsibilities including strategy, creation, scheduling, analyzing results to adjust tactics, messaging and interacting with social media accounts, etc.

Secondary (intermittent as needed) responsibilities would include things like graphic design and video editing to help me create and test advertising videos and images to use on paid advertising channels like Meta and Google. It would be a bonus to have someone who understands and has prior experience crafting effective ads including using hooks, transitions, voice overlays (ai potentially), music, overlaid captions, effects, etc.

I am looking for someone with integrity, commitment to the job, a strong desire to learn, and who I get along with well. We are a very small team so this would be a personal working relationship where we actively communicate and learn and grow with each other via slack messaging (and potentially video chats if you're comfortable with that).
