Job Role: Performance and Insight Coordinator
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, (TBD) AU Time Zone
Salary range: $1000 - $2000 AUD

Who The Client Is: The Client is an ad-tech platform that connects D2C brands with top publishers like Forbes, Vogue, Morning Brew and ELLE. Operating on a cost-per-click model, it enables brands to secure editorial coverage and pay only for traffic driven to their sites. Clients span industries like beauty, fashion, homeware, and health, including major names like Amazon, Spotify, and New Balance.
Role Overview: The Performance and Insight Coordinator will manage campaign data, provide insights, and support reporting, lead generation, and proposal creation. This role involves data analysis, campaign tracking, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful campaigns and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Data Management:
Pull live campaign screenshots and reports to support ongoing performance tracking.
Input CPM PCR’s (Cost Per Mille / Performance Campaign Reports) data accurately for internal and agency teams.
Upload agency campaign data into dashboards for accurate tracking and reporting.
Reporting & Analytics:
Produce ad-hoc reports as requested by agencies, ensuring timely delivery (often on a weekly basis).
Regularly update Weekly Work-in-Progress (WIP) documents with campaign performance numbers.
Pull performance data from affiliate networks to compile detailed performance data decks, providing insights to the team.
Create customized reports for clients, including high-profile brands like Simple and Augustinus Bader, to ensure client satisfaction and transparency.
Lead Generation and Database Management:
Pull lead lists from internal sources, ensuring the information is accurate and up-to-date.
Conduct listicle lead generation by pulling brands from top publishers' listicles, helping to expand the lead database.
Identify and categorize globally bounced contacts in Hubspot, ensuring new contacts are found and appropriately managed.
Campaign Proposal and Mock Creation:
Assist in building mocks for proposals and proactive campaigns for clients, ensuring creativity and relevance.
Collaborate with the performance team to develop compelling and actionable proposals based on performance insights.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Communication:
Provide regular updates on campaign performance across multiple Slack channels (3x weekly), keeping the team informed and aligned.
Collaborate with affiliate networks and finance teams to cross-check payment details (via Stripe) for affiliate performance and Seymour accounts.
Case Studies and Documentation:
Create case studies from successful campaigns to showcase to potential clients and internal teams.
Maintain and update a Global Example Document, categorizing new links and success stories (2-3 per week).
Ad-hoc Campaign Support:
Provide support in any other performance-related tasks or ad hoc reporting that may arise throughout the campaign lifecycle.
Qualifications:
Experience:
Minimum of 1-3 years in a data-driven, performance marketing or analytics role.
Strong understanding of performance metrics, KPIs, and reporting tools.
Familiarity with affiliate marketing, campaign tracking, and performance data mining.
Technical Skills:
Proficient in tools such as Hubspot, Stripe, and Google Analytics.
Strong knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis.
Experience with creating dashboards (e.g., Power BI, Google Data Studio) is a plus.
Hubspot knowledge is a plus
Analytical and Organizational Skills:
Strong ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring all reports and data inputs are accurate and timely.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Communication Skills:
Ability to create and maintain clear, concise reports and documentation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
Problem-Solving:
A proactive, solution-focused approach to identifying performance opportunities and solving issues.
