JOB OVERVIEW

Are you an experienced media buyer with a proven track record in search arbitrage and Facebook Ads? We’re looking for a results-driven professional as a contractor. Your primary goal will be to create, manage, and optimize high-performing Facebook ad campaigns that drive traffic to our monetized feeds, generating revenue through clicks. Responsibilities:

- Strategic Campaign Design: Develop and execute effective media buying strategies on Facebook, with a strong focus on search arbitrage to maximize ROI.
- Campaign Management: Set up, monitor, and optimize Facebook advertising campaigns to meet performance KPIs.
- Creative Development: Craft compelling ad copy, design eye-catching visuals, and write engaging headlines tailored to specific target markets.
- Performance Analysis: Track campaign metrics such as CPC, CTR, and conversion rates, and use data insights to optimize performance.
- Budget Oversight: Manage ad budgets efficiently to ensure profitability and scalability of campaigns.
- Industry Awareness: Stay up-to-date on Facebook algorithm updates, trends, and best practices to ensure continued campaign success.
Requirements:

Experience:
- Proven experience in media buying with a focus on Facebook Ads.
- Analytical Skills: Proficient in analyzing campaign data and optimizing based on performance insights.
- Platform Familiarity: Experience with Facebook Ads Manager and other advertising platforms like TikTok, Taboola, Snapchat, Outbrain, or Google Ads.
- Communication Skills: Strong ability to articulate strategies and results effectively.
- Independence: Self-motivated and organized, capable of working independently in a remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications:

- At least 1 year of experience in media buying with a focus on Facebook Ads.
- Preferably 1 year of experience specializing in search arbitrage.
- Familiarity with a range of ad platforms beyond Facebook, such as TikTok or Snapchat.
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
