Job Duties/Responsibilities
• Develop, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns across Walmart, Amazon, eBay, and Google Adwords platforms.
• Build and document workflows and processes to streamline performance marketing operations.
• Implement strategies to increase revenue by 10–20% while maintaining profitability.
• Partner with the SEO team to integrate advertising strategies with SEO initiatives.
• Stay updated on industry trends and adapt strategies accordingly to maintain competitive performance.
• Monitor and optimize TACOs (Target Advertising Cost of Sales) to improve profitability (target 2–3% TACOs).
• Analyze campaign performance and report on key metrics.

Required Technical Skills
• Proficiency in managing PPC campaigns on Walmart, Amazon, eBay, and Google Adwords.
• Experience with paid advertising strategies, including budget allocation and bid optimization.
• Familiarity with TACOs and strategies to maintain profitable ad spends.
• Competency in creating instructional materials, such as Loom videos for team training.
• Knowledge of industry best practices in performance marketing and advertising trends.

Required Soft Skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to execute effective ad strategies.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills to share knowledge with SEO and broader teams.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to document processes effectively.
• A proactive mindset, with the initiative to stay ahead of industry changes and adapt strategies accordingly.
• Team-player attitude, ensuring strategies and knowledge are not siloed.

KPIs
• Achieving revenue growth of 10–20% within set timelines.
• Maintaining or reducing TACOs to 2–3%.
• Measurable improvements in ad campaign performance metrics (CTR, conversion rates, ROI).
